  My daughter went to kindergarten at Symphorosa..Her teacher was excellent, but the support staff and principle were very undesireable. They were verbally abusive to the students and parents, and would not return phone calls after numerous attempts. My daughter was way behind in reading when reaching 1 st grade, as Symphorosa did not have a solid introduction to reading in Kindergarten. With lots of help at home and extra tutoring she is finally at a first grade level. I do not reccomend this school.

  When I lived in this are before I was a parishioner at Start of the Sea which I loved. I moved three blocks away from St Symphorosa in February and I love this church and the staff here.
