  Don't judge all Dignity funeral homes the same. I see a lot of 1-star reviews on this location with little or no substance to them. The truth of the matter is that the people at this location were very compassionate and didn't treat my family as just another customer. The funeral director led us through the process and there was no pressure to direct us to certain packages or whatever. We drove the conversation, we made the decisions. She gave us options, explained the process and everything was perfect. You can go as simple or as expressive as you want. We did the former but everything was beautiful.

  Do NOT have your services here! AWFUL service!! Talk about adding insult to injury! Very very rude staff! We were there for a funeral recently, the services were from 4-8. There was a rosary that went a bit longer than expected, the family then welcomed everyone into the kitchen for food. Minutes before 8 everyone in the kitchen was basically kicked out and told to leave by the staff of the funeral home, basically removing the plates from peoples hands and throwing them away. When someone approached the coffee table they were yelled at by the lady kicking everyone out of the kitchen. I have never had such bad service, they were so unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not have your services here unless you are prepared to be kicked out and yelled at.

  if a person chooses a Dignity (sci) owned funeral home, you will get nothing but a hard sell, double teamed sales approach and very intimidating personnal. plus the prices are very high.

  Ed and Alyssa we such a pleasure to work with. The funeral home itself is so beautiful on the inside, it just felt relaxing, which is needed for the event that took place here.
