  friendly and sensitive staff. my family has had to use their services several times and the owner has treated us as if we were family each and every time.

  I called and asked to speak to the owner or a manager, and they simply said, No, and hung up the phone on me. They answered the phone with a Hello. I think this is so rude, I called in to talk to the owner and when I asked for him, the guy on the phone said No and hung up on me. Not very friendly at all, and being a funeral home, you'd think that they would be a lot nicer than that, esecially after you take a look at there website and see that it says they are friendly in this time of need and would be happy to answer any questions or take a call even if you are looking for someone friendly to talk to. BS there was no friendliness whatsoever. HELLO! Wake up, I certainly hope the business owner reads this review and realized that he has either some idiot working for him that answered the phone on September 26th at about 2:30pm and he was a piece of crap for a worker. And if it was the owner that answered the phone, that is even worse. I can't believe that they hung up on me, and I am very displeased about this. I hope you guys can get it together, because you are a funeral home and it would be nice if you could at least act like you care, even if you don't. And it's quite apparent by what happened today, that the guy that answered the phone could care less and was not nice at all. And that is a horrible reflection on the way you do business. GET IT TOGETHER YOU FOOL. So disgusted. I really am just astonished that he actually hung up on me. Yeah a funeral home that is in business hung up on me and was very rude.

  We had a wonderful experience with Tohle Funeral Home when my father passed away. The staff was so caring and professional. They have been in the neighborhood for many years. They took the time to learn the needs of my family, and helped us to save money on the things that were not important to us. They didn't try to sell us an expensive caskets or flowers, and I appreciate that. Thank you Tohle for such great service and such a great experience at a difficult time.
