  Awful yuppy parents have no regard or decency towards the neighborhood denizens. They ignore stop signs after dropping off their children at school and nearly run over other children on their to school. Indifferent administration about the matter, and the priest isn't much help either

  This school is Amazing and it's change me thought my years at bens I just graduate form st.benect this year and sad I won't be able to share my high school years with the teachers who help me so much this school is a school who will tech you so much and will challenge you I hope st.benedict brings you all amazing things. (Class of 2017)

  School is good.great education according.to my brother this back in 2000,so unsure of the education now or the church now?

  I was born and raised on Lincoln Ave in Chicago in the early 30's. I went to St. Benedict School and Church for my elementary education. My uncle, Father Zimmerman was the first pastor when the Church was built. At that time there was only the elementary school and the place where the high school is now was our playground. My dad had a butcher shop right across Leavitt St. at 2151 W Irving Pk Rd. Even back then St. Benedict's was a wonderful Church and School to attend. Some precious memories.

  Some good memories and mostly bad.Went the Grade school 3rd grade twice and 4th,5th,6th,7th,8th. and Highschool in 1971.Wish they would have had a Bully Prevention Program,had a Barbara Streisand nose and was bullied for last 5 years of going to this Parish.Did get a nose job tho.But I loved the mass every morning .No longer living in Chicago but Miss my old neighborhood.
