  A beautiful, historic church that every Chicagoland Catholic must attend mass at at least once. A great place to bring visitors too (well, if they go to church), as its walking distance from the loop, Greek Town, and Millennium Park. Alright, I know I'm going to tick off some of my coreligionists, but it's also a nice regular option for those of us who care more about peace and justice than about incense and bashing Obamacare or whatever they seem to do at 50% of Catholic churches. This place is all about community and caring for each other and this beautiful city and world. A great legacy of Chicago's Irish community. A really beautiful and welcoming place.

  I believe it's one of the 4 buildings that survived the Chicago fire. Great historic church in Chicago.

  Have not been in the church for years. Stopped in for Ash Wednesday and it always feels like home.
